Potterhanworth Housing Scheme Lincolnshire

Wonderful new build properties using traditional stone to create two fantastic family homes.

Belton Construction were entrusted with the construction of 2 new high quality exclusive natural stone houses at Potterhanworth for F.G. Battle and Sons Ltd.

Working closely with the project architect, Ian Butler, the houses were completed to the original 44 week programme and to the agreed budget.

The very thorough architectural design and conservation area location required the construction to be of local Ancaster stone to match the adjacent church and red Lincolnshire pantiles to

blend in with the historical village cottages and comply with local authority planning requirements.

Project features included dormer windows and curved stone boundary walls.

Interior finishes were designed to suit the home owner’s specific needs.

The quality of the construction and finishes was excellent and considered a success for all involved
