The project had many challenges and included demolition of a 4 bedroom bungalow with access being very restricted.
A highly skilled team delivered a very high quality finish which included 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 bespoke kitchens, underfloor heating and a purpose made oak staircase.
The project was selected as a finalist for the LABC building excellence awards by South Kesteven District Council and received high commendation from the NHBC.
Mr and Mrs Burton were delighted with their finished home.
